Nothing like tacking on additional debt to the student loans...but it feels Oohh so good to have something to show for it. Like always; I have to name it. I was thinking "The PlayGrose Mansion". Looks like I'm gonna need a lawn mower.

Capri has been talking incessently about her upcoming birthday and of course Macy and Mavani were on her guest list. She was VERY bummed when I told her you were moving. It's tough, she keeps losing little friends when their daddies graduate!

Sa-weeet! Nice digs you got there. Hey, at least you 1) have a home to make payments on , and 2) have a specialty so that you're on the road to makin' some sweet moola to pay for it, right? I liked the backyard for grazing. Our condo doesn't come equipped with one of those, just a nice, hazardous balcony. :) I can't wait for more postings!
